Why should I do business with a company like PPI?

PPI is your advocate. Our designs and selections meet lodging brand specifications. We have long standing relationships with nationally known manufacturers. When unexpected problems happen on your project, we use our expertise to find a solution that works.


Where does PPI do business?

We sell our products and services throughout the United States. Our office and showrooms are located in Atlanta, Georgia. We utilize telephone, fax and e-mail to process your orders.

Do I have to pay sales tax on the goods shipped?

Each state imposes state and local sales and use taxes on hospitality FF&E items shipped to your property.

PPI is registered to collect and remit sales tax in the following states:

  Alabama
Arkansas
Florida
Georgia
Kentucky
Louisiana
Mississippi
Missouri
Nevada
North Carolina
South Carolina
Tennessee
Texas
Virginia

PPI does not collect sales tax on goods shipped to other states. However, when the manufacturer collects sales and use tax from other states, PPI passes this tax along to our customers. The property owner is responsible for paying use taxes where we are not registered to collect sales tax. Contact PPI for sales tax information on your specific property.

Does PPI charge for freight?

PPI charges for freight charges incurred to ship the goods from the manufacturer to your property. Certain of our manufacturers (for example – bedding, televisions and air conditioners) offer delivered pricing for larger orders. Contact PPI to determine if your order qualifies for delivered pricing.
